Scott Thomas

Scott Thomas is a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach and former professional athlete who has spent over 20 years immersed in nutrition, strength training, and performance optimization. He played professional baseball for more than five years across multiple organizations. This extensive athletic background has given Scott firsthand experience with fueling for performance, recovery, muscle growth, and long-term health, both during peak competition and beyond the field.


Scott is deeply passionate about men’s health and fitness and understands the unique challenges men face when it comes to building strength, losing fat, maintaining energy, and staying consistent over time. Today, his life continues to revolve around his own health and fitness, even while traveling for much of the year. Through years of balancing training, nutrition, and performance with a busy, on-the-go lifestyle, he has developed practical strategies that work in the real world, not just on paper.
 

Now teaming up with Sara, Scott is excited to bring his experience, structure, and supportive coaching style to male clients seeking personalized nutrition and fitness guidance. Together, they offer a tailored, sustainable approach that helps men train smarter, fuel properly, and achieve lasting results, no matter how demanding their schedule may be.

Programming also considers strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, recovery, and stress management to optimize results both in and out of the gym. In addition to macronutrients, we address key micronutrients such as zinc, magnesium, vitamin D, and B vitamins, which play critical roles in testosterone production, recovery, and overall vitality. With a science-based, practical approach, men’s nutrition and fitness counseling helps you train smarter, feel stronger, and build results that last.
